English Translation
प्रियवादिनी speaking pleasant words, प्रियार्हा deserving affection, वैदेही Sita, एवम् thus, उक्ता spoken to, प्रणयादेव out of love, संक्रुद्धा mighty angry, भर्तारम् to her husband, इदम् these words, अब्रवीत् said.
English Commentary
When the sweettongued daughter of Videha (Sita) who deserved affection, heard this she was very angry out of her love (for Rama). She said these wordsto her husband (in reply): Sita prays Rama to take her along with him to the forest.
