English Translation
भरतः Bharata, पितरम् father, वृत्तम् had passed away, भ्रातरौ the two brothers, विवासितौ were in exile, श्रुत्वा तु having heard, दुःखसन्तप्तः afflicted with sorrow, इदम् these, वचनम् words, अब्रवीत् said.
English Commentary
On hearing about the demise of the father and his two brothers sent in exile, Bharata overtaken by sorrow spoke thus: Bharata grieves over his misfortune -- accuses Kaikeyi in so many words -- reveals his decision to bring back Rama to Ayodhya and serve him.
