English Translation
हर्षात् with joy, तम् उद्देशम् to the appointed region, प्रयान् proceeding, सः that, विपुलः multitude, जनौघः people, पर्वणि on fullmoon day, महावेगः with great speed, समुद्रः इव like an ocean, अशोभत shone.
English Commentary
Like a swollen ocean on a fullmoon day the multitude of people proceeded joyfully with great speed to the appointed place.
