English Translation
या such, रजनी night, अत्येति passes off, सा that one, न प्रतिनिवर्तते does not return, पूर्णा filled with waters, यमुना river Yamuna, उदकाकुलम् waterfilled, समुद्रम् to the ocean, यात्येव flows forever.
English Commentary
A night that once passe off does not return like the waters of river Yamuna that flow into the ocean filled with water (the water do not flow back into Yamuna).
