सर्वदिव्यास्त्रयोक्तारम् employ all divine weapons, सदा always, यज्ञविघ्नकरम् one who creates obstacles for sacrifices, यः such, भोगवतीम् to the city of Bhogavati, पुरीम् city, प्राप्य having reached, वासुकिम् Vasuki the sepentking, पराजित्य च having defeated, तक्षकस्य Takshaka's, प्रियाम् dear, भार्याम् wife, पराजित्य having defeated, जहार abducted.

He who could employ all divine weapons, disrupt sacrifices, had gone to the city of Bhogavati, defeated Vasuki and abducted the dear wife of Takshaka.
