द्विज O brahmin, सः such as you, त्वम् you, नाम च name and, गोत्रञ्च gotram, कुलं च race, तत्त्वतः truly, आचक्ष्व tell me, एकः च alone, दण्डकारण्ये in Dandaka forest, किमर्थम् for what purpose, चरसि going about.
