यस्य by whomsoever, कर्मणः action, पापानुबन्धः resulting in sin, तत् such, कर्म action, लोकाधिपतिः lord of the world, भगवान् स्वयंभूरपि selfborn lord (Brahma) too, कः who, कुर्वीत may do, नु indeed, तत् that.

If the consequences of an action be sin, who will do it ? Even the selfborn lord of the world may not.
