ह्रियमाणा taken away, वैदेही Vaidehi, नाथम् protector, कञ्चित् some one, अपश्यती not seeing, गिरिशृङ्गस्थान् standing on the peak of the mountain, पञ्च five, वानरपुङ्गवान् great monkeys, ददर्श saw.

While Sita was being kidnapped, she saw no one to protect her. Only five great monkeys stood on the top of a mountain. Sita puls a few ornaments in bundles and throws them down in the midst of vanaras-- she hopes somebody will communicate this to Rama.
