English Translation
दशग्रीवः tenheaded Ravana, घोरदर्शनाः of fearful appearance, पिशाचीः female goblins, अब्रवीत् च said, असम्मतः without my permission, पुमान् man, स्त्री वा or a woman, इमाम् this lady, सीताम् Sita, यथा in a way, न पश्यति will not see.
English Commentary
Ravana ordered the female goblins of fearful appearance,'Let no outsider whether man or woman, see her, without my permission'.
