येषाम् of those weapons', सर्वसङ्ग्रहणम् complete acquisition, दैवतैरपि even by the celestials, दुर्लभम् difficult to be attained, तानि such, अस्त्राणि astras, तदा then, विप्रः Visvamitra, राघवाय for Rama, न्यवेदयत् made known.

The sage offered Rama the complete collection of those weapons which even the celestials find it difficult to acquire.
