पादपानाम् of the trees, पुष्पाणि flowers, अतिश्रिया रुचिराण्यपि though very beautiful, निष्फलानि are of no use, मधुकरोत्करैः समम् along with the groups of bees, महीम् the ground, यान्ति reach.

'The trees look enchanting with flowers in full bloom, with bees hovering over them. But the flowers fruitlessly drop down on the ground.
