अद्य now, महेन्द्रवरुणोपमम् comparable to Indra and Varuna, त्वाम् you, सुहृदम् friend, समासाद्य after getting, मे to me, शोकः sorrow, विगतः is gone, अद्य now, मम my, परा supreme, प्रीतिः pleasure.
English Commentary
