English Translation
नीलमेघाश्रिता coverd with dark clouds, स्फुरन्ती triggering looks like, विद्युत् lightning, रावणस्य Ravana's, अङ्के from the lap, स्फुरन्ती struggling, तपस्विनी pitiable woman, वैदेहीव like Vaidehi, मा to me, प्रतिभाति appears.
English Commentary
'The triggering of lightning in the dark clouds appears to me like austere Vaidehi struggling helplessly to get free from the lap of Ravana.
