अद्य now, रजः dust, प्रशान्तम् has settled, वायुः wind, सहिमः blowing with mist, निदाघदोषप्रसराः torments of the heat of summer, प्रशान्ताः pacified, वसुधाधिपानाम् lords of earth, यात्रा expeditions, स्थिता हि is stopped, प्रवासिनः the travellers far off, नराः men, स्वदेशान् to their own land, यान्ति reach.

'Now the dust has settled and the wind carrying mist is cool. The torments of summer have ceased. The expeditions of kings have come to a stop and the travellers return to their native land.
