प्रकीर्णाम्बुधरम् clouds scattered all over the sky, क्वचित् in some place, प्रकाशम् flashing, क्वचित् at some other place, अप्रकाशम् dull, नभः the sky, क्वचित्क्वचित् here and there, पर्वतसन्निरुद्धम् obstructed by mountains, शान्तमहार्णवस्य like unruffled ocean, रूपं यथा appearing like that, विभाति glowing

'The sky which is visible here is not visible there due to clouds scattered. It looks bright (blue) here and dull there. It appears like an unruffled ocean interspersed with hills here and there.
