सः अयम् this, कालः time, सम्प्राप्तः started, अद्य now, जलागमः समयः time of rainy season, गिरिसन्निभैः like mountains, मेघैः by clouds, संवृतम् covered, नभः sky, त्वम् you, सम्पश्य see.

'Now that the rainy season has started, see the sky covered with mountainlike (huge) clouds.
