Valmiki Ramayana Kishkindha Kanda Sarga 28 Shloka 9

फुल्लार्जुनः arjuna flowers, केतकैः ketaka flowers, अधिवासितः filled with fragrance, एषः शैलः this mountain that way, शान्तारिः tranquilled by the destruction of enemy, सुग्रीव इव like Sugriva, धाराभिः with flowing water, अभिषिच्यते is consecrated.

'This mountain scented by the fragrance of arjuna and ketaka flowers is bathed in rain water just as Sugriva, tranquilled by the destruction of the enemy is consecrated in streams of (sacred) waters.
