English Translation
महात्मनः highsouled, तस्य पर्वतस्य of that mountain, अग्रे on top, स्थापितः is fixed, केतुः flag of Ananta, त्रिशिराः triplecrowned, काञ्चनः golden, सवेदिकः with an altar, तालः Tala, विराजति shining.
English Commentary
