चन्द्रसूर्यांशुसङ्काशः bright like the radiance of Sun and Moon, सागराम्बुसमाश्रयः surrounded by seawater, अम्बरम् sky, विपुलैः with extended, शृङ्गैः with the peaks, विलिखन्निव as if scratching, भ्राजते shines.

'It looks bright, spreading its radiance like the Sun and Moon. It is surrounded by the sea. Its peaks appear as though scratching the sky.
