English Translation
ताराधिपतिवर्चसि face like the moon, lord of stars, तारे when Tara, तथा thus, ब्रुवति spoke, अथ then, हनूमान् Hanuman, अङ्गदेन by Angada, तत् that, राज्यम् kingdom, हृतम् taken over, मेने thought.
English Commentary
Hanuman listened to the proposal of Tara, whose face was like the Moon, lord of the stars. (After listening to Tara) he thought Angada might take over the kingdom from Sugriva. Hanuman's startegy to change Angada.
