English Translation
ततः then, शत्रुकर्शनः crusher off enemies, रावणनीतायाः carried by Ravana, सीतायाः Sita's, पदम् whereabouts, अन्वेष्टुम् to search, चारणाचरिते where charanas the celestial bards move, पथि way, इयेष resolved .
English Commentary
Hanuman, crusher of enemies resolved to find the whereabouts of Sita, carried away by Ravana. He followed the path of the Charanas, celestial bards. Hanuman courses through the path of the Charanas -- crosses the ocean -- reaches Lanka
