English Translation
महातेजा mighty, सः that (Hanuman), मुहूर्तमिव for a short while, ध्यात्वे lost in thought, ताम् her, मनसा in the mind, अधिगम्य reached, तस्य वेश्मनः of that palace, प्राकारम् boundary, अवप्लुतः jumped.
English Commentary
Mighty Hanuman lost in thought for a moment, jumped down (the harem) to the boundary wall of the palace. Hanuman ascends the simsupa tree in the Ashoka grove and watches.
