English Translation
अनन्तम् boundless, अव्यक्तम् indescribable, अचिन्त्यम् unthinkable, एकम् peerless, वैष्णवम् Visnu, परम् supreme, सुतेजः great glory, साम्प्रतम् presently, रक्षोविनाशाय for the destruction of demons, स्वमायया by his own maya, कपिरूपम् in the form of monkey, एत्य having come, आगतं किं वा or has he fallen?
English Commentary
'Can he be the vast boundless energy, the unthinkable and infinite lord Visnu assuming the monkeyform? Is he the peerless, unmanifest form beyond all imagination who has arrived here by virtue of his Maya (illusory power) in order to destroy the demons'?
