विषये king's wife, सती wife, रामस्य Rama's, साहाय्यम् help, कर्तुम् will do, अर्हसि fit, अथवा or else, मैथिलीम् when Mythili, अक्लिष्टकारिणम् after revealing about her, रामं च and Rama, दृष्ट्वा seeing, ते to you, वक्त्रम् mouth, आगमिष्यामि will enter, सत्यम् it is true, ते you, प्रतिशृणोमि promise.

"I told her that it is proper for her (living in the domain of Rama) to help his queen and wife. Or else, I promised after I disclose to Rama, Sita's whereabouts, I will come and enter her mouth.
