English Translation

वत्सला fond of its calf, धेनुः cow, वत्सस्य at the sight of calf, स्नेहात् out of love, यथैव in the same way, स्रवति distils milk from its teats, मम हृदयमपि my heart also, मणिरत्नस्य at this excellent jewel, दर्शनात् on seeing, तथा so does.

English Commentary

"Just as a cow fond of its calf begins to distil milk from its teats at the sight of the calf, so does my heart melt at the sight of this excellent jewel.
