अस्य that, सागरस्य ocean, लङ्घने to cross, वैनतेयस्य वा to Garuda, तव वा or you, मारुतस्य वा or wind god, त्रयाणाम् three of you, भूतानाम् among all beings, शक्तिः the capacity, स्यात् have.
