When wise Vibheeshana, the brother of Ravana was assured of security by Raghava, he looked around the ground and prepared (to descend). Descending from the sky Vibheeshana seeks refuge with Sri Rama. On enquiry Vibheeshana tells everything about Ravana to Sri Rama.
