English Translation
सौम्य noble, राघवनन्दन delight of Raghu race, आवाम् come, रावणस्रहितौ assigned by Ravana, तव to you, इदम् thus, सर्वम् entire, बलम् army strength, परिज्ञातुम् to know about, इह here, आगतौ arrived.
