भासतुल्यवर्चसैः equal to Sun in brilliance, शत्रुबलप्रमार्धनैः capable of crushing the foes, तैः those, सुतैः sons, तथा like that, वृतः surrounded, सःराजा the king, महादानवदर्पनाशनैः great in destroying the pride of Danavas, अमरैः immortals, वृतः surrounded, मघवायथा like Madhava, रराज shone.

Surrounded by his sons, who matched Sun in brilliance and capable of crushing the pride of foes, great in destroying immortals, Ravana shone like Lord gods.
