अक्लिष्टकर्मणा of unwearied action, रामेण to Rama, धुम्राक्षः Dhumraksha, परमामर्षी highly intolerant, धन्वीशस्त्रभृताम् skilled in the use of bow and arms, वरः foremost, अकम्पनः Akampana, प्रहस्तश्च Prahastha, तथैव च in the same way, कुम्भकर्णः Kumbhakarna, महाबलाः of stupendous valour, वीराः heroes, राक्षसाः Rakshasas, युद्धकाङ्क्षिणः desiring to combat, परसैन्यानाम् with enemy army. जेतारः not defeated, परैः hostile, नित्यापराजिताः conquerors of enemies, निहता killed, महावीर्याः great heroes, हताः killed, सुमहाकायाः of huge body, नानाशस्त्रविशारदाः skilled in the use of several weapons, महात्मानः great, अन्ये others, बहवः many, शूराः warriors, विनिपातिताः have been killed.
"Dhumraksha, a highly intolerant one, Akampana, the foremost of the Rakshasas and skilled in the use of bow and arms, in the same way Prahastha, Kumbhakarna of stupendous valour and heroes among Rakshasas desiring for combat, who have never been defeated and conquerors of hostile armies, have been killed. Great heroes of huge body, skilled in the use of many weapons and other warriors have been killed by Rama."
