English Translation
ततः then, दैवतैः Devatas, समागम्य collected together, रणम् war, द्रष्टुम् seeing, अभ्यागतः came, भगवान् god, अगस्त्यऋषिः Agastya Risi, युद्धपरिश्रान्तम् duly prepared, युद्धाय for war, समुपस्थितम् come and stood, रावणम् Ravana, अग्रतः before, दृष्टवा seeing, समरे in war, चिन्तया thinking, स्थितम् stood, रामम् Rama, उपगम्य had come, अब्रवीत् spoke as follows
English Commentary
Then seeing Sri Rama standing and thinking of the war, duly prepared, Rishi Agastya came with Devatas to witness the war with Ravana and spoke as follows. Sage Agastya arrives and advises Rama to chant 'Aditya Hrdaya' verses in praise of Sun god for success.
