तदा then, तासाम् of them, राक्षसयोषिताम् Rakshasa's wife, विलपमानानाम् lamenting, प्रिया dear, ज्येष्ठापत्नी first wife, दीना piteously, भर्तारम् husband, समुदैक्षत gazed

Then from among the wives lamenting, the first wife, dear to Ravana gazed at her husband lamenting piteously. Mandodari laments over Ravana's death. Requested by Rama, Vibheeshna performs the funeral rites of Ravana.
