परन्तपः tormentor of enemies, श्रीमान् glorious, काकुत्स्थ: Kakuthsa, शक्रेण by Indra, यमेन Yama, वरुणेन च and Varuna, महेश्वरस्वयंभूभ्याम् Maheswara, Brahma themselves, तथा so also, दशरथेन च Dasharatha, समागम्य reached, तैः they, दत्तवरः bestowed boon, समागतैः on reaching, ऋषिभिः sages, सुरर्षिभिशळ्च Ascetics and Suras, वरान् boons, लेभे conferred

"Then to the glorious Kakuthsa, the tormentor of enemies, Indra, Yama, and Varuna bestowed boons, so also Maheswara and Brahma, Dasharatha also reached and bestowed boons on Rama. Ascetics and suras also conferred boons."
