English Translation
तत्र there, स्निग्ध: affectionate, अनुनादी echoing, हर्षसमीरित: filled with pleasure, जनौघोद्घुष्टसन्नाद: sounds of rapturous cries of multitude of people, विमानम् that palace, कम्पयन्निव seemed as if shaking, संजज्ञे emanated.
English Commentary
There emanated cries of love and joy from the multitude of people (conveying their approval) whose reverberation seemed to shake the palace.
