प्रजापालनतत्वज्ञ: proficient in the ways and means of ruling the people, रागोपहतेन्द्रिय: senses not overpowered by passion, न not, एक: alone, त्रैलोक्यमपि three worlds, भोक्तुम् to enjoy, शक्त: capable, इमाम् this, महीम् earth, किन्नु why to say?
