राजप्रभावजुष्टां with royal qualities (might, courage etc.,), अजितेन्द्रियै: by those who have not controlled their senses, दुर्वहाम् difficult to sustain, गुर्वीम् heavy, लोकस्य world's, धर्मधुरम् burden of duty, वहन् carrying, परिश्रान्त: अस्मि I have become weary.

I am weary of carrying on the heavy burden of duty and find it difficult to sustain the rule of dharma. It can be shouldered by those who have royal qualities (of might, courage etc) and not by those who have not controlled their senses.
