परोक्षया indirectly, वृत्त्या with behaviour, तथा also, प्रत्यक्षया with direct behaviour, वर्तमानः conducting, अमात्यप्रभृतीः ministers etc., सर्वाः all, प्रकृतीः people, अनुरञ्जय satisfy.
