English Translation
शारीरः relating to the body, संतापो वाऽपि some ailment, मानसः (relating to) mind, अभितापो वा great distress, एनम् him, न बाधते कच्चित् does not trouble him, सदा always, सुखम् happiness, दुर्लभं हि rare indeed.
English Commentary
Is he suffering from any physical ailment or mental agony? It is affliction of either the body or the mind. (For) perpetual happiness is indeed rare.
