English Translation
सः सुमन्त्रः that Sumantra, निश्शब्दाम् silent, शून्यामिव almost empty, दृष्ट्वा having seen, परमदुर्मनाः deeply dejected, शोकवेगसमाहतः afflicted with gushing tears, चिन्तयामास reflected.
