क्लिन्न पक्षोत्तराः with the plummage moistened, पतत्रिणः birds, स्नाताः bathed, वृष्टिवातावधूताग्रान् the tops shaken by wind and rain, पादपान् trees, कृच्छ्रात् इव as if with great difficulty, अभिपेदिरे reached.

The birds with their plummage moistened as if they had dipped in water reached with great difficulty the tops of the trees which were shaken by the wind and rain.
