English Translation
काकुत्स्थ O Rama, प्रतिगृह्य haivng received them, पाणिना with hand, समालभ्य touching them, मे my, मानसाः भविष्यध्वम् इति be recorded in my mind, saying so, तान् them, अभ्यचोदयत् ordered them.
English Commentary
Rama received the astras he felt with his hands and commanded them saying, "Live in my mind" (serve me whenever I remember you).
