पर्वतेन्द्राः the great mountains, सुरेन्द्रनीतैः sent by lord of the gods, पवनोपदत्तै: served by the winds, घनाम्बुकुम्भैः water pitchers of clouds, नरैः by people, नरेन्द्रा इव like lords of the people, अभिषिच्यमानाः are consecrated, रूपम् form, स्वामिव their own, श्रियम् kingdom of wealth, इव like, दर्शयन्ति are showing.

'The mountains are consecrated with waterpitchers of clouds brought by the winds, offered by Lord Indra. Just as kings, consecrated by men, display their majesty, the mountains exhibit their form and glory. (Clouds are compared with water pots)
