English Translation

ततः then, अरिसूदनः one who is a destroyer of his foes, राघवः Raghava, सागरवेलायाम् on the sea shore, दर्भान् on kusa grass, आस्तीर्य spread, महोदधेः great ocean, अञ्जलिम् obeisance, कृत्वा offering, प्राङ्मुखः face turned towards east, भुजगभोगाम् like serpent coiled and resting, बाहुम् shoulders, उपधाय resting upon, प्रतिशिश्ये lay down.

English Commentary

Then Raghava the destroyer of foes, offered his obeisance turning his face towards east, spread the kusa grass mat on the seashore and lay down resting his head upon his shoulders like a coiled serpent. When the ocean did not give way, Rama gets angry and resorts to stirring up the ocean with his arrows.
