English Translation
स्फुटम् break forth, कोणाहतेन with powerful drumsticks, भेरिनिनादेनमे by beating the drums, सैन्यानि the army, समानयध्वम् let them be called to assemble, कारणम् reason, नचवक्तव्यम् without telling.
