English Translation
श्रीमान् prosperous, रावणावरजः Ravana's brother, लङ्कायाम् about Lanka, सर्वम् everything, सचिवैः ministers, रामाय to Rama, प्रत्यवेदयत् having submitted, कमलपत्राक्षम् lotus eyed, रामम् Rama, रामप्रियचिकीर्षया intending to please Rama, इदम् this, उत्तरम् reply, अब्रवीत् spoke.
English Commentary
Again, Vibheeshana, the prosperous brother of Ravana, spoke to Rama everything about Lanka made known to him by the ministers. Vibheeshana looking at the lotus petal eyed Rama, intending to please Rama, spoke.
