English Translation
प्रदोषेवा evening or, अर्धरात्रेवा or midnight, प्रत्यूषेवा early morning, सर्वत at all times:, कदाचन indeed, तेषु at these, वानरेषु Vanaras, नावज्ञा no indifference, कर्तव्या not active, द्विषताम् watched, बलम् army, उद्युक्तम् standing, आपतत्advancing, सदा constantly, स्थितम् stands where it was.
English Commentary
" At all times, whether it is evening or midnight or early morning, Vanaras movements are to be watched by the army without indifference. Indeed, the army should be active or inactive, standing, advancing constantly and staying wherever they are."
