अथ and then, मारुतात्मजंहनूमान् Hanuman, the son of Maruti, पन्नगोत्तमम् the best of serpents, वेगेन at great speed, जिघृक्षन् vanquish, गरुत्मानिव like Garuda, वेगेन speedily, उत्पपात rose
