मुनिपुङ्गव: eminent ascetic, तेषाम् पुत्राणाम् of those sons', तद् वचनम् those words, श्रुत्वा having heard, क्रोधसंरक्तनयन: with eyes reddened with anger, व्याहर्तुम् to speak, उपचक्रमे commenced.
