English Translation
रामादृते depriving Rama, भरतः Bharata, कथञ्चित् by whatever means, राज्यम् kingdom, न आवसेत् will not occupy, हि because, तम् him, रामादपि more than Rama, धर्मतः righteously, बलवत्तरम् stronger, मन्ये I consider.
English Commentary
Depriving Rama, Bharata in no way will occupy the kingdom because in the matter of righteousness I think he is superior even to Rama.
