English Translation
धर्मः righteousness, लोके in this world, परमो हि is supreme, धर्मे in righteousness, सत्यम् truth, प्रतिष्ठितम् is established, एतत् this, उत्तमम् excellent, पितुः father's, वचनं च words, धर्मसंश्रितम् is supported by righteousness.
English Commentary
Righteousness alone is supreme in this world and truth is established in righteousness. This excellent command of our father is supported by righteousness.
